Morris Yow, founder and managing director of Infinity Legal LLC has more than 25 years of experience at the Bar. He was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law, Lincolns’ Inn, England where he read law as the Sultan Azlan Shah (the 9th King and former Chief Justice of Malaysia) Bar Scholar.
Thereafter he was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, Malaysia. He is also a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. He was a Foreign Registered Lawyer in Hong Kong and has held various roles of a director, compliance officer, trust officer and senior legal counsel at one of the largest independent wealth management companies in Asia.

Xenia obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Prior to joining Infinity Legal LLC, she did a stint with Channel NewsAsia as a broadcast journalist where she covered manpower and trade-related news.
In the course of her practice, she dealt with civil, commercial litigation, criminal law, family and probate matters, as well as general corporate matters with a focus on tax law, and estate planning. She has advised clients on income tax and goods and services tax disputes, tax implications on cross-border commercial transactions, as well as the regulatory tax framework for fund management in Singapore. She is conversant in English, Mandarin, French and Japanese.
